Det tilltänkta systemet innehåller ett flertal lösningar som underlättar, förbättrar och effektiviserar

kulturskolornas verksamhet. Se bifogat dokument (Förhandsinsyn) för en mer detaljerad redogörelse av vad som skiljer detta system från andra på marknaden.

Upphandlingen kommer att ske genom ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt

LOU 6:14 punkt 2 och 3 d.v.s. av tekniska skäl endast en möjlig leverantör.
