         Omfattning och beskrivning av upphandlingen

         Eskilstuna kommunfastigheter upphandlar ett ramavtal för nio (9) olika städmaskiner avsedda för lokalvård. Avtalet är på två (2) år med möjlighet till två (2) års förlängning á 1+1 år . Uppskattat värde per år är ca.1 200 000 SEK.

         Upphandlingen kommer resultera i ett ramavtal där avrop kommer ske när behov av nya städmaskiner och tillbehör (ej rengöringsmedel) uppstår. Ramavtalet består också av en servicedel som gäller under städmaskinernas garantitid.

         Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose Kfast samt kommunens behov av städmaskiner för lokalvård.

         Upphandlingen omfattar de städmaskiner som används mest i verksamheten men under avtalets gång kan behovet komma att ändras och fler typer av maskiner kan komma att efterfrågas.

         Upphandlingen syftar till att teckna avtal med den anbudsgivare som uppfyller samtliga skakrav samt lämnar bäst pris i förhållande till kvalitet.

         Kontrakt kommer att tecknas med en (1) leverantörer under förutsättning att upphandlande myndighet erhåller minst det antalet lämpliga och godtagbara anbud.
