This procurement aims to enable Authorities in Sweden to acquire command and control (C2) shelters for various types of (C2) functions. A framework agreement
with one (1) contractor will best suit the needs from the Authorities to allow flexible purchasing over a period of three to seven years, including extension options. To secure life
time support and maintenance for the acquired shelter systems, an agreement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) needs to be entered into with the same contractor. The shelter
systems will be used mainly within the Swedish Armed Forces, but also by other Swedish Authorities. The C2 functions has to guide and command units by creating an infrastructure for
connection to various communication interfaces, while also being designed as a staff working environment for all possible climatic environments. The shelter systems will interact in a
flexible structure and have different types of protection, e.g. for electromagnetic compatibility and in some cases ballistic protection. They will be designed in standardized formats
and adapted for standardized transport systems. As life cycle perspective is part of the system design, it is necessary that there are both short-term and long-term maintenance
solutions. To get a better understaning of what type of system FMV is looking for, refer to Appendix 1 and 2, Example Technical Specifications. Please note that these specifications
