         Inledning

         Svensk-Danska Broförbindelsen SVEDAB AB, (SVEDAB) bjuder härmed in Anbudsgivare till att lämna Anbud gällande Design av års- och hållbarhetsrapporter enligt nedanstående instruktioner.

         Upphandlande myndighet är: Svensk-Danska Broförbindelsen (SVEDAB AB)

         Organisationsnummer: 556432-9083

         Colligio AB genomför upphandlingen på uppdrag av SVEDAB vilket innebär att SVEDAB fattar eget tilldelningsbeslut och tecknar Avtal.

         Omfattning

         Upphandlingen avser tjänsten Design av års- och hållbarhetsrapporter samt delårsrapporter, samt publicering av dessa på bolagets hemsida, enligt de förutsättningar som framgår av detta Upphandlingsdokument samt bifogade handlingar.

         SVEDAB kommer att teckna avtal med en (1) Leverantör.

         Avtalsperiod

         Avtalet gäller i tre (3) år från tidpunkten för Avtalstecknande, med möjlighet för SVEDAB att, med oförändrade villkor, förlänga Avtalet i ytterligare 2 + 2 år. Den sammanlagda Avtalstiden är således som längst sju (7) år.
