Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La modificación del contrato no supone en ningún caso, modificación alguna de las prestaciones del servicio ni reducción del periodo de ejecución, consiste en un refuerzo especial en la la Residencia Carmen Picó, CD de Carlet, Residencia Caixa Ontinyent de Ontinyent y Mare de Déu del Castell de Cullera, motivado por la situación actual provocada por la citada emergencia sanitaria existente, por el cumplimiento de los protocolos higiénico-sanitarios de desinfección, limpieza y lavado de ropa, a fin de evitar contagios por COVID-19, circunstancias sobrevenidas y que fueron imprevisibles en el momento en que tuvo lugar la licitación del contrato, que no se pudieron prever, no alterando la naturaleza global del contrato, y, cuyo valor no excede el 50 % de su precio inicial, IVA excluido, contemplándose el periodo de ejecución del 22.6.2020 al 17.12.2020.
