Naturaleza y alcance de las modificaciones (con indicación de posibles cambios anteriores del contrato):

Incremento del precio del contrato de la segunda modificación a causa de la incorporación de nuevas unidades por un importe de 473.116,94 € (IVA excluido).

Incremento acumulado de las modificaciones del contrato anteriormente tramitadas supone un importe total de 471.619,87 € (IVA excluido).

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La circunstancia que justifica la incorporación de las unidades referidas responde al supuesto establecido en el art. 111.2 b) del RDL 3/2020. Las modificaciones contempladas derivan directamente de bien actuaciones de I+D+i desarrolladas con posterioridad a la redacción del proyecto, bien de estudios sucesivos e interferencias ocultas en campo sobre ese mismo proyecto que en su momento se redactó con toda la diligencia posible.
