          Durante la vigencia del contrato es posible que concurran circunstancias que hagan precisa su modificación. Así pues, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 204 de la LCSP, las circunstancias objetivas en las que se podrá hacer uso de tal potestad por parte de este órgano de contratación, así como el alcance y límites de las modificaciones que se puedan acordar, son las siguientes:

          • Modificaciones de gran alcance derivadas de cambios normativos, procedimentales u organizativos que afecten al servicio a desarrollar

          • Cambios necesarios en la base tecnológica de los sistemas, por impacto en las arquitecturas corporativas o razones de seguridad.

          El incremento se establecerá en términos de horas_de_perfil_servicio necesarias, utilizando para ello los datos contenidos en el Anexo III:

          Importe de la modificación = SUMA (número de horas de prestación_por_perfil_servicio *

          precio_hora_del_perfil_servicio)

          Atendiendo a estos supuestos, la modificación prevista, en su conjunto, no puede ser superior al 20 % del precio inicial del contrato.

          Las condiciones de la eventual modificación del contrato serán tenidas en cuenta en lo que se refiere a la exigencia de condiciones de aptitud de los licitadores y a la valoración de las ofertas presentadas.

          Los procedimientos que se instruyan para la adopción de acuerdos relativos a la eventual modificación del contrato se tramitarán según lo dispuesto en el artículo 191 de la LCSP.
