Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La adjudicación de un nuevo contrato de suministro de equipamiento de red y de seguridad de acceso, el año 2017, para instalar tecnología sin cables en el Palacio del Parlamento, ha generado la necesidad de dos nuevos accesos de fibra óptica que requieren del suministro de routers y IP"s públicas así como un servicio de mantenimiento permanente del equipamiento, circunstancias que el poder adjudicador no podía prever.
