Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Debido a retrasos imprevistos en la entrega de materiales así como de componentes como amortiguadores, cilindros y motores, no imputable al contratista, no es posible finalizar los 10 Trenes en el plazo contractual establecido, quedando pendientes 2 Trenes que se encuentran en proceso, siendo precisa la ampliación de la vigencia del contrato para así finalizar los trabajos en los 10 Trenes, sin incremento económico.
