         Una relación de los principales servicios o trabajos efectuados de la misma o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato en el curso de, como máximo, los cinco últimos años, en la que se indique su importe, la fecha y el destinatario, público o privado. Cuando se lo requieran los servicios dependientes del órgano de contratación, los servicios efectuados deben acreditarse mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público; cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañado de los documentos que tenga en su poder que acrediten la realización de la prestación; en su caso, estos certificados deben comunicarlos directamente al órgano de contratación la autoridad competente.          - Técnico Profesional Acreditado del fabricante propuesto en la solución técnica.
