         La empresa adjudicataria del contrato, deberán estar habilitados y con certificación en

         - Habilitación como empresa instaladora eléctrica de Baja Tensión. Categoría especialista

         - Habilitación como empresa frigorista para mantener instalaciones de nivel 2

         - Habilitación como empresa mantenedora en el ámbito de aplicación del Reglamento de instalaciones térmicas en los edificios (RITE).

         - Habilitación como empresa mantenedora de sistemas contra incendios.

         - Certificado de empresa instaladora o reparadora de aparatos fijos de refrigeración A.A y B.C

         Los técnicos frigoristas, deberán estar habilitados y con certificación para la instalación, mantenimiento o revisión y manipulación de equipos con gases refrigerantes, tal y como se detalla en el RD 115/2017, de 17 de febrero.

         De conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 202 de la LCSP, se establecen condiciones de carácter social con la finalidad de eliminar las desigualdades entre el hombre y la mujer, favoreciendo la aplicación de medidas que fomenten la igualdad en el trabajo:
