modificación contractual en relación a la ampliación del plazo del contrato (6 meses más) y al reajuste de las anualidades previstas, que no supondrá modificación del importe adjudicado y contratado, si no que lo que hará es adecuar los ejercicios presupuestarios inicialmente previstos, una vez autorizada la ampliación del plazo. El importe que se deberá abonar en cada anualidad queda de la siguiente manera:

2024: 3.282.366,54€ (IVA incluído)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

retraso provocado por diversas actuaciones como la ignifugación de la estructura de los edificios existentes, refuerzos de estructura y resolución de colisiones de instalaciones y reconstrucción de ventanas interiores y techos, suministro y instalación de mortero de anivelación, retraso en el montaje de techos debido a Getinge y retrasos en el suministro de materiales de la empresa Trox a causa de una inundación en el mes de julio. Todas causas no imputables al contratista.
