VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La modificación afecta únicamente al plazo de entrega del suministro con instalación, se amplía hasta el 15 de noviembre de 2023.

Debido a circunstancias sobrevenidas, como la escasez de materias primas y la crisis de suministros que afecta de forma global a la economía mundial, se han sufrido retrasos en la entrega de varios componentes, lo cual conlleva un retraso en la entrega del equipo de referencia y por ello ha solicitado una ampliación en el plazo de entrega inicialmente acordado, y se firma de mutuo acuerdo adenda de prórroga, al considerar que no son circunstancias imputables al contratista.
