Debido a la imposibilidad de ejecutar el contrato en la parte correspondiente al ejercicio 2023, es necesario el traspaso de una parte del precio del contrato al ejercicio 2024 y sucesivos ejercicios en concordancia con el plazo de ejecución de 36 meses.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La imposibilidad de ejecución del contrato dentro de los plazos previstos, sin que haya culpabilidad por parte del contratista, ya que la formalización del contrato se realizó en fecha 20 de noviembre de 2023, hecho que hizo inviable la ejecución de los meses de contrato previstos para el ejercicio 2023Las anualidades del contrato quedarán por tanto de la siguiente forma:Ejercicio 2024: 190.563,32€ (IVA incluído)Ejercicio 2025: 376.982,23€ (IVA incluído)Ejercicio 2026: 186.418,90€ (IVA incluído)
