Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Desde la anterior modificación se producen una serie de bajas y altas de varios ECS que deben ser regularizados disminuyendo o incrementando el valor unitario correspondiente a su mantenimiento hasta el límite permitido por la ley de contratación, de acuerdo con el apartado 4.2 del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (en adelante PPT).

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Según memoria justificativa se propone la BAJA de 3 equipos. La propuesta de modificación del contrato suscrito con la empresa IBÉRICA DE MANTENIMIENTO S.A. NIF: A50158997 supone un decremento del importe total de adjudicación IVA incluido de – 5.618,15 €, durante el periodo restante del contrato (11 meses, de 01.12.23 a 31.10.24), lo que implica una disminución del precio inicial de un 8,33%.
