Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Durante la ejecución del contrato se ha publicado el nuevo Real Decreto 1154/2020, de 22 de diciembre; que sustituye al anterior Real Decreto 3/2010 que ha generado la necesidad de formalizar el presente modificado a fin de llevar a cabo el contrato conforme a los nuevos términos legales y prestar el servicio por la totalidad de las necesidades de Metrotenerife. Tras los correspondientes trámites para la modificación no prevista del contrato, ambas partes proceden a la formalización de la presente adenda y que supone el primer modificado del lote.
