El 11 de octubre de 2023 se ejecuta el informe “Grado de ejecución de los contratos marco por lote” y se observa que la ejecución del contrato del l lote 16 es del 97,86%.

Teniendo en cuenta que restan aproximadamente 4 meses para la finalización de los contratos y considerando lo expuesto en los párrafos anteriores, se solicita la modificación :

(CONTRATO INCIAL) 686.840,00 € / ( TRAS MODIFICACION 001 Y 002 ) 1.199.208,00 / (ALCANCE MODIFICACION 003) + 380.000,00 € / (RESULTADO TRAS MODIFICACIONES) 1.579.208,00 €

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
