Realización de los trabajos de “Implantación y/o mejora de herramientas de administración electrónica en las entidades locales de menos de 20.000 habitantes de la comunidad foral de navarra en el marco del plan de recuperación, transformación y resiliencia”, en el 2024 por parte de la empresa Tracasa Instrumental, S.A. (iTracasa), ente instrumental del Gobierno de Navarra. Debido a la especificidad de los servicios se decide encargar al ente instrumental.

Por error, se publicó anuncio en el que se indicaba el precio con exclusión del IVA. No obstante, tratándose de un encargo a un ente insrumental, no lleva IVA por lo que se publica nuevo anuncio con el precio correcto.
