VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Prorroga forzosa del contrato, de conformidad con la cláusula 6.2 del PCAP y 4.2 del contrato, en cumplimiento de los requisitos del artículo 29.4 de la LCSP, a fin de garantizar la prestación del servicio, con una duración máxima de 45 días, a contar de la finalización de la vigencia del contrato (prevista para el 7 de enero de 2024), como consecuencia de las incidencias resultantes de la tramitación de la licitación del nuevo contrato, que hacen que llegado el término de la vigencia del contrato este no esté formalizado, por un importe de 48.608,77 euros, IVA Incluido.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
