Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Se incorpora la modificación por un importe máximo de UN MILLÓN QUINIENTOS VEINTINUEVE MIL DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y NUEVE EUROS CON TREINTA Y DOS CÉNTIMOS (1.529.259,32 €), IVA Incluido.

De todo lo expuesto resulta un nuevo importe para el contrato de 5.471.577,47 euros, IVA incluido.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

1) El trabajo por parte de los técnicos de la dirección de obra aportando nuevos diseños en diferentes áreas asistenciales del proceso constructivo para no paralizar la obra debido a la urgencia y al interés general de la misma, así como en la redacción del proyecto modificado, de forma que el proyecto modificado sea coherente con las modificaciones que se han justificado en el contrato de las obras.2) El trabajo por parte de los técnicos de la dirección de ejecución de la obra que han tenido de estudiar la nueva documentación del proyecto modificado tanto a nivel de arquitectura como de instalaciones para adaptar parte de lo ejecutado y lo pendiente de ejecutar a unas nuevas necesidades arquitectónicas y de sus instalaciones.3) La duración del trabajo de dirección de obra realizado, que se ha extendido cerca de 2 meses al plazo previsto inicialmente.4) Las modificaciones del proyecto y por ende del contrato de obras han redundado en un aumento del presupuesto de la obra y por tanto
