         Las prestaciones incluidas en el objeto del contrato se encuentran detalladas en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas, siendo a nivel global las que se indican a continuación:

         - Seguimiento diario de las instalaciones y actividades de los edificios (mantenimiento conductivo).

         - Revisión periódica de las instalaciones (mantenimiento preventivo).
