Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Que debido a las incidencias técnicas producidas durante la realización de las pruebas de funcionamiento del equipamiento en fábrica y a la falta además de instalación eléctrica para albergar el gasificador en nuestras instalaciones de Pozo Izquierdo, ha sido imposible llevar a cabo la instalación y puesta en marcha del equipamiento objeto de contratación dentro del plazo establecido en la primera prórroga, motivo por el que las partes consideran necesario realizar una nueva prórroga del plazo de entrega acordado.
