Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

En los últimos meses se están incorporado a la plantilla de esta Dirección Provincial de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social en Navarra 32 funcionarios interinos por lo que ha sido necesario, por razones de interés público, reabrir el local situado en la Avenida de Galicia 5 de Pamplona, circunstancia excepcional que en los últimos años no se había dado en esta TGSS de Navarra.
