La presente contratación tiene por objeto tres áreas fundamentales de servicios:
a)
La conceptualización y desarrollo de acciones específicas para dinamizar en redes sociales
las diferentes campañas informativas y divulgativas que la Consejería de la Presidencia,
Interior, Diálogo Social y Simplificación Administrativa de la Junta de Andalucía quiera llevar
a cabo en el marco de las competencias que tiene atribuidas a través de la Dirección General
de Comunicación S ocial.
b)
La planificación estratégica y compra de espacios publicitarios en redes sociales. Además de la ejecución y seguimiento de las acciones de comunicación institucional y de las diferentes campañas.
c)
El uso de una herramienta de Escucha Activa de los diferentes canales sociales que permita una monitorización de temas relevantes para la generación de contenidos de interés y plantear posibles alertas u oportunidades sobre temáticas específicas.
