         El presente contrato de servicios tiene por objeto la redacción del Proyecto Básico y de Ejecución de las obras de reforma de la Residencia y Centro de Día “Nuevo Versalles”, sito en la Avda. Nuevo Versalles, nº 18, en Fuenlabrada (28942 Madrid) para su adaptación a un nuevo modelo basado en unidades de convivencia adaptado a las necesidades de los usuarios de la red de atención a la discapacidad, así como la Dirección Facultativa de las obras, incluyendo la Dirección de Obra del Arquitecto/a, la Dirección de Ejecución de Obra del Arquitecto/a Técnico y la Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud en la fase de ejecución de obra, esta última dividida en los trabajos de elaboración del Informe previo para la aprobación del Plan de Seguridad y Salud y el Control y Seguimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud de las obras.
