VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

El Consorci Sanitari de l"Anoia dispone de carros isotérmicos para el transporte interno de alimentación para los pacientes y de un túnel de lavado en el equipamiento de cocina del objeto contractual del expediente de referencia, y que actualmente la totalidad de los carros isotérmicos y el túnel de lavado se encuentran al final de su vida útil, en fase de obsolescencia, lo que ha supuesto la necesidad de sustituirlos por unos nuevos y de complementarlos con un sistema de lavado de ollas, dando cumplimiento a uno de los requerimientos de las inspecciones realizadas por la Subdirección General de Protección de la Salud de la Generalitat de Catalunya.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Para la tramitación de la modificación I las condiciones del contrato inicial no varían referente a las prescripciones técnicas de ejecución como al precio pactado y hasta el momento el servicio prestado por la empresa adjudicataria es satisfactorio y la empresa está conforme con dicha modificación, y el cálculo económico de esta modificación contempla importes máximos que se agotarán en en función de los servicios efectivamente prestados.También cabe decir que el importe total de la modificación no supera el límite del 20% del precio del contrato inicial tal y como se establece en los pliegos que regulan dicha contratación.
