En el transcurso de los trabajos se han dado una serie de circunstancias sobrevenidas e imprevisibles en el momento en que tuvo lugar la licitación del contrato, que ha hecho necesario tramitar la presente modificación de contrato para reducir las toneladas que inicialmente estaban previstas en los pliegos.

En el transcurso de los trabajos se han dado una serie de circunstancias sobrevenidas e imprevisibles en el momento en que tuvo lugar la licitación del contrato, que ha hecho necesario tramitar la presente modificación de contrato para reducir las toneladas que inicialmente estaban previstas en los pliegos.
