VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

El incremento de intervenciones quirúrgicas es debido por un lado al aumento de trabajadores protegidos por FREMAP cifrado en 3,94 por cierto y por otro lado al aumento exponencial de la siniestralidad laboral. Estos datos traen como consecuencia más inmediata el aumento de las intervenciones quirúrgicas y por tanto de los medicamentos necesarios para la realización de estas en unas condiciones óptimas para el paciente por parte del personal de FREMAP.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Estos medicamentos objeto del contrato que se pretende modificar son empleados en la práctica anestésica para prevenir el dolor durante una cirugía y otros procedimientos provocando una pérdida de la sensibilidad o la conciencia
