La prórroga se propone al amparo del Apartado M del Anexo I del PCG y la Cláusula Sexta del contrato, que establecen que el plazo de ejecución del contrato será de 24 meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su formalización y que podrá, de mutuo acuerdo entre las partes, prorrogarse por período de un año.
