Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Durante el año en curso, se ha producido un incremento en la apertura de nuevas oficinas y espacios de trabajo, así como la actualización de la imagen corporativa en las existentes en distintos municipios de la Región lo que precisa la ampliación del contrato por necesidad de adquisición de nuevo mobiliario destinado a equipar y amueblar dichos espacios de trabajo.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La modificación del contrato está basada en causas previstas en el apartado S del Anexo I del PCAP. Este contrato podrá ser objeto de modificación durante su vigencia por razones de interés público entre las que figura el emprendimiento de nuevos proyectos de reforma en las oficinas centrales y/o periféricas de la ATRM.
