La modificación del contrato está prevista en el apartado S del Anexo I del Pliego de Condiciones Generales que contempla la modificación del “importe equivalente a un 20% del precio de adjudicación por necesidad de servicio de EMT de adquirir un mayor número de equipos sobre los inicialmente previstos para dar cobertura al resto de flota”.
