En el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del anuncio o desde la notificación de la resolución de adjudicación, recurso contencioso-administrativo ante los juzgados de lo contencioso-administrativo de Madrid. Sin perjuicio de ello podrá potestativamente, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 44 de la LCSP (Ley 9/2017), interponer en el plazo de quince días hábiles contados a partir del siguiente a aquel en que se publique el anuncio o se notifique la resolución de adjudicación, recurso especial en materia de contratación ante el mismo órgano que haya dictado el acuerdo que se notifica, en los términos previstos en el artículo 51.3 de la LCSP.
