El servicio objeto del presente contrato comprende las siguientes prestaciones que constituyen los componentes de la prestación del servicio objeto de licitación:

a) La recogida, admisión, clasificación, tratamiento, curso, transporte, distribución y entrega a domicilio de las notificaciones administrativas de la Agencia Tributaria de la Región de Murcia (ATRM), por medios físicos o telemáticos, cualquiera que sea su destino dentro del territorio nacional, para que tengan como efecto la presunción legal de veracidad y/o la constancia fehaciente de su distribución, entrega y recepción, o rehúse o imposibilidad de entrega, de conformidad con lo previsto en el PPT relativo a este contrato, y con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el primer párrafo del artículo 22.4 y en la DA Primera de la Ley 43/2010, de 30 de diciembre, del Servicio Postal Universal, de los Derechos de los Usuarios y del Mercado Postal.

Durante el año en curso, se ha producido un incremento en las notificaciones administrativas que se realizan desde la ATRM. El apartado S del Anexo I del PCAP dispone que el contrato podrá ser modificado durante su vigencia por razones de interés público, entre las que figura el aumento de la gestión recaudatoria de la ATRM que suponga mayor número de notificaciones. Por ello, las necesidades actuales no pueden ser cumplidas con el contrato vigente, por lo que en aras al interés público se precisa su ampliación.

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Durante el año en curso, se ha producido un incremento en las notificaciones administrativas que se realizan desde la ATRM. El apartado S del Anexo I del PCAP prevé la posibilidad de modificar este contrato durante su vigencia por razones de interés público acreditadas entre las que se encuentra el aumento de la gestión recaudatoria de la ATRM que suponga mayor número de notificaciones. Por esta razón, las necesidades actuales no pueden ser cumplidas con el contrato vigente, por lo que en aras al interés público, se precisa su ampliación.
