         El licitador deberá aportar y ser titular de la Autorización para instalación y funcionamiento del centro ofertado, relativa a los tratamientos correspondientes al objeto del presente acuerdo marco, expedida por la Comunidad de Madrid de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto 86/2018, de 12 de junio, del Consejo de Gobierno, por el que se modifica el Decreto 51/2006, de 15 de junio, del Consejo de Gobierno, regulador del Régimen Jurídico y Procedimientos de Autorización y Registro de Centros, Servicios y Establecimientos Sanitarios de la Comunidad de Madrid.

         En el caso de que el proveedor de los servicios sanitarios que presenta la oferta no sea el titular del centro donde se realizarán los procedimientos terapéuticos, deberá aportar, además de la Autorización indicada, copia compulsada del acuerdo de utilización del centro formalizado con su titular, en el que se especifiquen los términos acordados, su duración y el compromiso firmado por ambas partes de que este acuerdo se prorrogará hasta la finalización del Acuerdo Marco.
