L’import de la modificació equival a una reducció de l’import total del contracte per un total de 22.378,64 euros, IVA exclòs, el que suposa aplicar una reducció corresponent al 10,62% de l’import total del contracte, percentatge que suposa una modificació contractual inferior al 20% del seu preu inicial, IVA exclòs, d’acord amb el percentatge màxim que estableix l’article 204 de la Llei 9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de Contractes del Sector Públic, i de conformitat a la clàusula 21 del Plec de Clàusules Administratives Particulars.

Tramitar una modificació del contracte per tal d’adaptar-lo a les noves necessitats del servei tenint en compte la reducció dels volums, i aplicant una de les causes previstes a la clàusula 21 del Plec de Clàusules Administratives Particulars aprovat en data 22 de juliol de 2021, mitjançant resolució del gerent de l’Institut.
