Having given the appropriate advance notice to the contractor, the possibility of extension is foreseen in the mentioned contract, the term of the current contract having not expired and counting on the consent of the contractor, its extension is requested, as the same conditions of necessity and

justification of the contract. New contract end date: February 8, 2025

Amounts for annuities: 4% of the net premiums of the policies contracted.

In accordance with the provisions of article 203 of Law 09/2017, of November 8, Sector Contracts Public, the contract may provide for one or more extensions as long as its characteristics remain unalterable during the period of duration of these and that the competition for their award has been carried out taking into account the maximum duration of the contract, including extension periods.
