Incremento del número de horas del personal técnico y auxiliar que lleva a cabo las tareas del referido contrato.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Desde que entró en vigor el contrato 59004/2021 el pasado 10 de enero de 2022, se ha ido incrementando el número de horas del personal técnico y auxiliar que lleva a cabo las tareas previstas en el referido contrato. Se considera que existen causas de interés público que justifican la modificación que se pretende, tanto por causas previstas en el apartado S) del Anexo I del PCAP, como por causas sobrevenidas no previstas en el mismo.
