Condición de tipo social: Eliminación de las desigualdades entre el hombre y la mujer, favoreciendo la aplicación de medidas que fomente la igualdad entre mujeres y nombres en el trabajo. Para el presente contrato será condición especial de ejecución que al menos haya el mismo número de mujeres que de hombres, trabajando en la prestación del servicio.
