Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía ha adquirido el CENTRO TECNOLÓGICO PALMAS ALTAS (CTPA)con destino a Ciudad de la Justicia de Sevilla. Al tener la obligación de mantener la limpieza de este nuevo espacio para la Ciudad de la Justicia, se tramita una modificación que consiste en la limpieza del espacio, con las tareas y periodicidades que se detallan en el PPT.
