El objeto del contrato consiste, de acuerdo a la cláusula 2ª del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (PPTP), en la prestación de servicios por el consultor a la Subdirección General de Seguridad Vial y Sostenibilidad Viaria (SGSVSV) de la Dirección General de Carreteras (DGC) para la realización de:

- Trabajos de seguimiento, coordinación técnica y control de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo por la DGC en relación a las infraestructuras de su red de carreteras; y gestión documental (construcción de base de datos para gestión documental y organización de documentos).

- Apoyo técnico en estudios, informes, proyectos y proyectos piloto; y redacción de informes técnicos específicos sobre aspectos relacionados con las competencias que ostenta la SGSVSV de la Comunidad de Madrid en relación a las infraestructuras de su red de carreteras.
