Incorporar en el contrato los 171 árboles procedentes de la recepción de varias urbanizaciones en diferentes barrios de Terrassa, regularizando así el incremento de unidades de individuos en posición de viario.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Incorporar en el contrato los 171 árboles procedentes de la recepción de varias urbanizaciones en diferentes barrios de Terrassa, regularizando así el incremento de unidades de individuos en posición de viario. La cláusula novena del Pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares (PCAP) que regula este contrato prevé que se pueda modificar el contrato, en los términos que establece el artículo 204 de laLCSP, y se establece como causa prevista de modificación la posibilidad de ampliar el precio del contrato en el supuesto del incremento de posiciones arboladas respecto a las posiciones arboladas contempladas en el objeto del contrato del presente pliego debido a nuevas urbanizaciones, cesiones urbanísticas y/o actuaciones similares
