Se aprueba ampliación del servicio para cubrir las necesidades del Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, en consecuencia:

Incrementar el precio del contrato en 60.277,32 euros sin IVA y 72.935,56 € con IVA, siendo entonces el precio total de contrato de 14.303.750,25 € sin IVA y 17.307.537,80 € IVA incluido, dado que previamente se modificó el contrato por un importe total de 1.752.015,43 euros sin IVA.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necesidades que cumplen con los requisitos previstos en el artículo 205 de la Ley de Contratos del Sector y en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas de esta contratación, por lo tanto, implica incrementar el precio del contrato firmado con TECHEDGE ESPAÑA, S.L.
