En virtud de lo establecido en la estipulación Sexta del contrato, en el que se establece que "La duración y ejecución del contrato es de DOS AÑOS, contado desde el día siguiente a su formalización, pudiendo ser prorrogado por dos años más por periodos anuales y por mutuo acuerdo de las partes".
