Fecha de la modificación: 16/11/2023

Variación aumento del precio causado por la modificación (sin IVA): 1.913.904,20 €

Descripción de las circunstancias que han hecho necesaria la modificación: Prevista en los pliegos e imprevisibles.

La vigencia de la adenda será desde el 1 de diciembre de 2023 hasta el 31 de marzo de 2025, fecha en la que finaliza el contrato.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Durante el año 2023 ha surgido la necesidad en el (HCB) de aumentar la prestación de este suministro, por lo que se modifica el contrato formalizado con la empresa MEDTRONIC IBÉRICA, S.A , ya que se ha incrementado la actividad asistencial.La presente modificación cumple con los supuestos especificados en el apartado 1.O del cuadro de características del PCAP, ya que dicha regulación permite la modificación del contrato en caso decambios en el tratamiento de pacientes con diabetes según criterio médico.Por otra parte, en esta modificación se establece un porcentaje del 41,39% para las modificaciones no previstas, dado que el aumento de la actividad y los cambios en el tratamiento de pacientes no pudieron serprevistos y se produjeron más allá del porcentaje reservado del 20% correspondiente a las modificaciones previstas mencionadas anteriormente. Este porcentaje de modificación no prevista cumple con losrequisitos y se ajusta a los casos previstos en el artículo 205 de la LCSP.
