CLÁUSULASÚNICA. - Por todo ello, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 35.1.g LCSP se procede a la formalización de adenda a los contratos de referencia, en el que se hace constar que en el Antecedentes Tercero del contrato que,Donde dice:“Tercero. - El proceso de adjudicación se realiza por procedimiento Abierto Regulación Armonizada, siendo la proposición más ventajosa la presentada por PEFIPRESA, S.A., para el Lote 1.- Instalaciones de Detección y Extinción deIncendios, excepto por Agua, por un importe total de 165.924,03 Euros, y para el Lote 2.- Instalaciones de Extinción de Incendio por Agua, por un importe total de 82.450,44 Euros, respectivamente, adjudicándose por resolución de 27 de noviembre de 2.020.Debe decir:“Tercero. - El proceso de adjudicación se realiza por procedimiento Abierto Regulación Armonizada, siendo la proposición más ventajosa la presentada por PEFIPRESA, S.A para el Lote 1.- Instalaciones de Detección y Extinción de Incendios, excepto por Agua, por un importe total de 165.924,03 euros y Lote 2.- Instalaciones de Extinción de Incendio por Agua, por un importe total de 82.450,44 euros, así como para el Servicio de Mantenimiento Correctivo Asociado por precios unitarios incluido en su oferta, hasta un máximo de 50.000,00 euros netos (IVA 10.500,00 ) e Importe total de 60.500,00, desglosados en función de los lotes establecidos anualmente:− Lote 1: Importe total 40.000,00 euros – Anualidades 2021-2022.− Lote 2: Importe total 20.500,00 euros – Anualidades 2021-2022.”
