El objeto es la contratación del servicio de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y normativo de los ramos de oficios definidos en cada uno de los seis lotes que forman el contrato con el fin de mantener en perfecto estado de funcionamiento y conservación las instalaciones y elementos constructivos de los equipamientos municipales.

El mantenimiento preventivo y normativo objeto de este contrato deberá ejecutarse de acuerdo con la planificación establecida para cada elemento o instalación, mientras que el mantenimiento correctivo deberá realizarse necesariamente dentro de los "tiempos de respuesta" establecidos en cada caso en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas, según el grado de urgencia o necesidad.
