Tratándose de una prestación en que la calidad del servicio a prestar es esencial para la correcta satisfacciónde las necesidades que con el contrato pretende satisfacer el ISM, el contrato se adjudicará por ProcedimientoAbierto, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 156 de la LCSP, así como con varios criterios de adjudicación yarticulándose el procedimiento de adjudicación, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 145.2 de la LCSP yen la Cláusula 15 del Pliego Tipo de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares que rige la contratación.Tramitándose el expediente con carácter ordinario, con el fin de obtener mayor número de ofertas posible através de la publicación de la licitación en el perfil de contratante del órgano de contratación, que permita laobtención de la oferta con la mejor relación calidad-precio posible en la prestación de los servicios a contratar.
