Según el Informe de necesidad emitido por el Servicio Técnico para llevar a cabo la modificación del contrato, hasta un máximo del veinte por ciento del precio inicial, conforme a lo

establecido en el apartado 22 de la cláusula 1 del pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares que rige para este contrato, así como lo establecido en el art. 204 de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre de

contratos del Sector Público (en adelante LCSP).

Se hace necesario la modificación del expediente para recoger diversas modificaciones en el contenido del Anexo I, referenciadas en la solicitud demodificación por parte de la empresa adjudicataria.
