Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
En el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas se preveía la posibilidad de que, a lo largo de la duración del contrato, fuera necesario acometer ampliaciones por causa del aumento de las necesidades asistenciales inicialmente contempladas, derivadas de, entre otras:
• Necesidad de ajustar la prestación a nuevas necesidades aprobadas por Osakidetza y que pueden alterar el carácter del suministro.
• Necesidad de ajustar la prestación a especificaciones técnicas, medioambientales, urbanísticas, de seguridad o accesibilidad aprobadas con posterioridad a la adjudicación del contrato.
