El consejo de administración de fecha 25 de julio de 2023, autorizó un incremento presupuestario de QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y NUEVE MIL OCHOCIENTOS CUARENTA Y NUEVE EUROS CON OCHENTA Y SEIS CÉNTIMOS (559.849,86 €), que representa un 9,31 % sobre el presupuesto de adjudicación, y un presupuesto líquido final estimado de SEIS MILLONES SETECIENTOS SETENTA Y SIETE MIL DOSCIENTOS SESENTA Y TRES EUROS CON TREINTA Y OCHO CÉNTIMOS (6.777.263,38 €), IGIC excluido. Así como autorizada la ampliación del plazo en DOS (2) MESES Y VEINTISIETE (27) DÍAS.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
